SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE FROM EDINBURGH AIRPORT TO DUNDEE (ROUND TRIP)
- Service available for participants who have purchased an onsite registration fee and the shuttle bus service
- Flight details should be provided in advance and by 14th June 2024 the latest to have a guaranteed seat on the bus)
- The Shuttle Bus Service runs non-stop between Dundee and Edinburgh Airport every 90 minutes (see schedule below) and the journey takes 80 minutes.
Pick up: Edinburg Airport (Stop E) 
- Participants will receive within their confirmation letter the bus time slot attributed based on their arrival flight time (to be shown to be driver to take the bus).
- If the time slot is missed, participants will be able to take the next bus (but the priority is lost).
- For any assistance, a staff member from the Organising Secretariat will be at disposal at the Airport on arrival days of the Conference.
Drop off: once arrived in Dundee, the bus will stop at the following stops:
- Union Street (in front of Malmaison Dundee Hotel) – every day
- Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa – on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th July
- Hotel Indigo Dundee & Staybridge Suites Dundee – on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th July

Participants will receive within their confirmation letter (to be shown to be driver to take the bus) the bus time slot attributed based on their departure flight time for a departure from Dundee at least 3 hours before the flight time. For any assistance, members of the Organising Secretariat will be at disposal at the registration desk of the Dalhousie Building.

Luggage Allowance
You are allowed to have with you:
1 Large Luggage (50cm x 32 cm x 75 cm)
OR
2 Medium Luggages (45 cm x 30 cm x 70 cm)
Maximum combined weight on luggage allowed is 23kg
Any additional luggage will be charged at £10 per item, per journey, this will be paid upon your arrival at the bus.
