Booking policy 
Registration to the Workshop is mandatory to book a hotel room. Â
Only rooms fully pre-paid are considered as confirmed. Â
Upon receipt of the relevant payment, all participants will receive an invoice that will serve as booking confirmation. Â
Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation or modification of hotel booking must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat, Lena Group at wbc@lena.events and will be subject to the following conditions: Â
- Until 5 February 2026: all nights can be cancelled without penalty less € 48 for administrative chargesÂ
- 2 February – 15 March 2026: 50% of your booking can be cancelled with no penalty charges less € 48 for administrative chargesÂ
- From 17 March 2026: the total amount is considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursableÂ
All refunds will be settled after the conferenceÂ
