Get ready for something new at WBC 2026. An engaging, social session designed to connect the community and inject some fun!

 

The Bronchiectasis Heroes Contest is a bold, interactive addition to this year’s programme - bringing the global community together in a fun, fast-paced, quiz-style competition.

 

Think “Medical Jeopardy!” for bronchiectasis.

 

What to expect:

  • A live, high-energy quiz format

  • Questions spanning bronchiectasis and pulmonology

  • Clinical images and real-world case challenges

 

Who can take part:

  • Interdisciplinary teams from around the world

  • Clinicians, researchers, physiotherapists, nurses and more

  • Teams must include at least two different professional backgrounds

 

Why join:

  • Test your knowledge in a unique, competitive format

  • Collaborate across disciplines and perspectives

  • Gain visibility within the global bronchiectasis community
