Post Congress Virtual Access Fee includes:
  • Access to the recorded material of the scientific programme for the 6 months following the live event
  • Possibility to access on-demand parallel tracks in the days after the event for the 6 months following the live event
GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

All registrations must be made through the Conference website world-bronchiectasis-conference.org

A handling fee of £ 18,00 (VAT included) will be added to each registration for administrative costs, and bank / credit card fees. Rates are inclusive of VAT calculated at 20%.

In case of fluctuations in VAT the Organising Secretariat adjust prices accordingly by informing delegates in writing.

Accepted payment methods: major credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Upon payment, your reservation for registration will be considered as final and no cancellation will be accepted. The total amount will be considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable.

*Applies to those born after January 1, 1994, residents/fellows, those still in training and students. Please email or upload (during registration fee selection) a copy of official document indicating your age or a letter from your employer stating training status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard rate.

**Applies to nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, researchers. Please email or upload (during registration fee selection) a letter from your employer stating your status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard rate.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

(applicable to all fees above):

  • Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat at wbc@lena.events.
  • Before 24 April 2024 all fees will be refunded minus £ 40,00 + VAT for administrative charges.

All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.

  • From 24 April 2024: no refunds will be made.
  • Name changes will incur a £ 40,00 + VAT charge to cover administrative costs.
  • From 24 April 2024, your reservation for registration will be considered as final and no cancellation will be accepted. The total amount will be considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable. We strongly recommend subscribing a personal travel insurance.

DIFFERENCE REFUND ONSITE FULL CONFERENCE FEE TO VIRTUAL FEE

  • Difference refund of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat at wbc@lena.events.
  • Before 24 April 2024 it is possible to switch your onsite full conference fee to a virtual fee, the difference will be refunded minus £ 40,00 + VAT for administrative charges.
  • From 24 April 2024: it is possible to switch your onsite full conference fee to a virtual fee but no refunds will be made.

All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.
