ON-DEMAND SATURDAY MORNING PARALLEL TRACK ONLY FEE INCLUDES:

- The Saturday morning parallel tracks are currently planned to be hosted exclusively onsite and available on-demand after the event.
- While registering, please select the parallel track that you are the most interested in
- While registering, please inform us by replying to the dedicated question if you would be interested in attending the selected parallel track virtually with the possibility to interact and engage in live discussions.
- The possibility to access the Parallel Tracks live will be confirmed within end of April 2024 based on the number or requests received.
BASIC SCIENCE PRE-CONGRESS PROGRAMME REGISTRATION FEES

In addition to the Conference, it is possible to register to the basic science pre-congress programme that will be held on Thursday 4 July 2024 at the Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
This will be composed of a workshop on research activities and an exclusive guided visit of Ninewells Hospital Basic Science laboratories.
Further details on the programme and schedule will be available soon.
Please note the following for the basic science pre-congress programme:
- Pre-registration is mandatory and possible until 4th June 2024.
- Places are limited to 60 participants (30 per visit) and assigned on a first come, first served basis.
- You must be registered to the conference or to a parallel track to register to the basic science pre-congress programme
- To maintain the exchange between faculty and participants dynamic and interactive, the basic science pre-congress programme will be held exclusively onsite.
GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION
All registrations must be made through the Conference website world-bronchiectasis-conference.org
A handling fee of £ 18,00 (VAT included) will be added to each registration for administrative costs, and bank / credit card fees. Rates are inclusive of VAT calculated at 20%.
In case of fluctuations in VAT the Organising Secretariat adjust prices accordingly by informing delegates in writing.
Accepted payment methods: major credit cards and bank transfers. Cash payment can only be accepted onsite where regular fee will be applicable.
*Applies to those born after January 1, 1994, residents/fellows, those still in training and students. Please email or upload (during registration fee selection) a copy of official document indicating your age or a letter from your employer stating training status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard rate.
**Applies to nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, researchers. Please email or upload (during registration fee selection) a letter from your employer stating your status to be eligible for this discount. Without documentation, delegate will be charged the standard rate.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
(applicable to all fees above):
- Cancellation or modification of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat at wbc@lena.events.
- Before 24 April 2024 all fees will be refunded minus £ 40,00 + VAT for administrative charges.
All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.
- From 24 April 2024: no refunds will be made.
- Name changes will incur a £ 40,00 + VAT charge to cover administrative costs.
- From 24 April 2024, your reservation for registration will be considered as final and no cancellation will be accepted. The total amount will be considered as fully due, and any amount paid shall be non-reimbursable. We strongly recommend subscribing a personal travel insurance.
DIFFERENCE REFUND ONSITE FULL CONFERENCE FEE TO VIRTUAL FEE
- Difference refund of registration must be sent in writing to the Organising Secretariat at wbc@lena.events.
- Before 24 April 2024 it is possible to switch your onsite full conference fee to a virtual fee, the difference will be refunded minus £ 40,00 + VAT for administrative charges.
- From 24 April 2024: it is possible to switch your onsite full conference fee to a virtual fee but no refunds will be made.
All refunds will be settled after the meeting has concluded.
