Please note that the Organising Secretariat can provide you with an invitation letter stating that your registration is confirmed only upon receiving full payment for your selected services.
The Organising Secretariat will not be able to help you with the visa procedure itself. Each participant is responsible to contact his/her embassy.
In case of visa rejection, we will reimburse integrally the amount paid, provided we receive official proof (Please be so kind to send us written proof from your Embassy or Consulate). Please contact the Organising Secretariat at the following email address: wbc@lena.events.
Please make sure that you start the procedure soon enough to have time to provide the requested documents and have your application completed before departure. The Organising secretariat reserves the right to not issue an invitation letter in case of fraudulent activities, behavior, pattern.
